Fairness in Fishing
The Seafarers’ Charity is committed to supporting Fairness in Fishing and calls on all who care about the UK fishing industry to support decent work, fair pay, and respect for the human rights of all who work in UK fishing.
Suicide at sea
The number of seafarers committing suicide at sea each year is unknown. Yet it is known that seafarers commit suicide and the unique pressures and working environment at sea are contributory factors.
